I was supposed to have an meeting to receive a quote from a guy named Bill at 6:00 pm from S & D Flooring. He never showed, so I called back to the store and received a call from him at 6:25. He was was quite incredulous and rude about the time he had originally set. I think Bill needs to remember who the customer is when speaking with a potential customer. I have decided to go elsewhere, you might want to do the same. RED
