This is our second pet purchased from this store. Great experience each time, tonight was exceptional service. Everyone was friendly but Ryan truly went over and above. He was extremely helpful and courteous, we were here a long time with many questions, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable! The store got very busy and he was going many different directions but kept everything in control! So excited to be going home with our German Shepherd and to have had Ryan's excellent help and fun personality! We had a fun experience looking through the take home binder and found our picture from 2 years ago! Small world! Thanks again for a great experience, we really just came in to "look!" Would certainly recommend this store and our experience (and Ryan) to anyone shopping for a pet or pet "stuff!"
