We can’t say enough positive things about Waterford. Every level employee from executive to staff go out of their way to create a comfortable, home-like atmosphere to make each resident feel at ease. An excellent resident-to-staff ratio, a wide variety of options for outings and group activities, healthy delicious meals and an individualized plan for each resident which can be adjusted as life circumstances change, are just a few of the things that attracted my brother and myself to select Waterford for our parents.
The caregivers and nurses are attentive, compassionate and friendly. Just knowing that there is on-sight medical care has given us peace of mind that someone is always available to help if needed. Another plus is that physical and occupational therapy can be done without leaving the facility to help residents stay active and engaged.

We would definitely recommend Waterford. 10 stars!
