This was our first time using Arizona Restoration Specialists. We had a leak in our wall from the upstairs bathroom, and it had caused our ceiling to fall out above our dining room table downstairs. I came downstairs early one morning to find it completely falling. I googled restoration or flood help, and they were one of the only ones that were open or would take calls 24/7. They got to the house fairly quickly. They knew exactly what steps to take and were very careful with the areas they walked on. They tore apart the wall upstairs to find the leak and gave a recommendation for a plumber to fix the tubing that was broken. Then, they were able to dry out our walls an ceiling as needed, and we had someone come out to replace the drywall and paint and texturize, as needed. It looks exactly like it did before, and I am pleased with the work.
