This was our first time using Arizona Restoration Specialists. My house flooded right before Thanksgiving and left a huge mess. The entire upstairs flooded, and the water started dripping downstairs. Our insurance company recommended a company to us. We called that company out, but they didn't do everything they were supposed to do. We dealt with that situation for about two weeks, and our insurance company recommended another company, and they didn't do what they were supposed to do, either. Both of those companies left wet carpet on the stairs, didn't pull the carpet up, and they didn't move any of my bookcases or other furniture that were sitting on wet carpet.

By this time, I was bat s*** crazy from dealing with all of this. Two days before Thanksgiving, I was driving down the highway, and I saw the Arizona Restoration Specialists truck, and I decided to give them a call. They were phenomenal. My husband and I were both very skeptical because of everything we had been dealing with, but they said they would take care of everything, and I was so nervous. I probably called the tech literally 50 times that day because I was so nervous, and I didn't really trust him to do what he promised.

He was so patient with me, and he held my hand thru the whole situation and walked me through it all. I called them at six in the morning, and they were there that afternoon pulling out the carpet and our furniture that he could get. The day after Thanksgiving, a pack-out crew showed up and removed the rest of the items. He basically just took the reins and went with it. He negotiated with the insurance company for us to get a hotel stay, and he made sure the insurance company paid for everything that needed to be done. Arizona Restoration Specialists are absolutely awesome, and I would recommend them to anybody!
