This was the only time we have ever used Arizona Restoration Specialists, and we really only used them because we didn't have a choice. They are overpriced and higher than a kite. The neighbor had a flood, and our adjoining wall was damp - at best. They came in and put in two or three fans down and let them run for a couple of days, and then charged us $1500. I will never, ever use them again!
