I called Arizona Restoration Specialists in the middle of the day requesting some restoration because of water damage I had. They came out immediately and within a short amount of time. The rug needed to be dried out, so they started the work and put fans out to dry the rug. And they were also able to put it into the dumpster and didn't charge me for that. As promised, they did the work (even coming out on a Saturday) and waited for the payment until after the insurance claim was completed.

Then, they came out twice to address my fear of black mold without any additional charges. They applied treatment to the areas I was concerned about to my satisfaction because they wanted to see it through, and that made me feel great. Also, they provided education to me beyond just doing their work: They were able to calm my own concerns, explaining to and educating me on the process of mold. The things Arizona Restoration Specialists did were extra special, and they are great.
