Arizona Restoration Specialists was spot on and diligent with the water mitigation, and everything worked out really well. I didn't have to worry about them getting back to us in a timely fashion: I called in at 5:45 a.m. and they were already getting stuff out of our house at 7 a.m.--and they are 45 minutes away on the other side of the valley. For them to get to us that fast means they got right to it and didn't waste any time. Once my wife got off of the phone, it seems like they loaded the truck and got to work right away.

My wife was upset and the guys that were first on the scene--Brian, Dean, and Brandon--they helped her out and calmed her down. They were professional and approachable, and when they said would answer phones at any time, they really meant it. We had to call them one night and they were fine. The project manager, Morgan, has also been spot on with everything we have needed as well. Everything worked out and has gone pretty swell.
