I had an excellent experience with Mac's Auto Service II. Their customer service was top-notch. Everyone was very personable and courteous. I worked with Jeff and he was very attentive to my needs. He was very informative throughout the process and answered any questions that I had. I needed collision repair done on my car and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Colors were matched perfectly and everything was done in a timely manner. There have been no problems with my car since the repair. Some say that their pricing is a little high, but I think they are reasonable because I value excellent quality and service more than the cost. This is the first time in a while that I have used them and I would definitely use them again in the future.
