Our furnace decided to quit working on a Sunday, and the coldest day this winter. Not only did someone promptly answer the phone on a Sunday when we called, Cory was at our home an hour later repairing our furnace. While there was an extra service charge for today's call, which is understandable, the work was completed quickly and Cory explained to us in detail his concerns that we should address to keep our home warm moving forward.
