This is my second review of service by this top-notch company, and I'm happy to say that they continue to provide the best service you can find anywhere. The technician, Martin H., came out on time, was professional throughout, answered all of my questions about the service on my three heating units, and addressed the issues I was having with parts of the house remaining colder than others. It appeared that duct sealing and mildew control was going to be necessary for my 23 year-old heating system. Martin explained all the options and helped me decide on one which would be the best without breaking the bank. After finishing up what he could that day, he promised to return on the very first day he could dig out after the blizzard had ended; and he was true to his word, despite horrible travel conditions.. Mark, another top-notch technician, to complete the job. They were thorough, professional, and friendly, and they exhibited great humor in dealing with the weather, the job, and a customer with lots of questions (no mean feat after driving in the snow from Fredericksburg!).
