I'm almost fifty years old, and I have never been treated better than when I went to Hometown Motors of Wausau. The reason why I am so happy with them is the simple fact that in the month of November, I contacted the local Toyota dealer, and no one called or texted me back. So finally, I contacted another dealership and they let me know that they would send me some pictures, as I was in Texas on a business trip at the time, so that I could make my decision when I was there. They didn't send me any pictures and so when I came back to Wisconsin, I had no vehicle to buy. With the Subaru dealership I next went to, I was in contact with a guy there for a month and a half, and no one acknowledged my wife and me as we walked through the parking lot. I was really quite shocked, as I was walking around with $9,000 in my pocket, ready to buy a vehicle and no one wanted to help us. Then we came to Hometown Motors. The extreme difference between these experiences compared to my experience with Hometown Motors was amazing. They were immediately friendly and attentive to me. They were not at all pushy, and they encouraged us to look around. I was very happy knowing that we met a car salesman that was willing to talk to us. He wasn't in a rush to sell us anything. He wanted to make sure that we were happy with what we were getting. I will come back there all the time. I've already told several people about them and recommended them to five people already. I told her that I was coming back to the dealership to show them the vehicle they sold me. It was that great of an experience. I also brought my HHR there. I will come back there all the time. If I end up trying to get rid of my Toyota Corolla, I will definitely come back here to get another vehicle. I was happy to talk with the salesman and am happy with my new car.
