This was the first time that I have used Hometown Services. I don't live in the same city as them so I did a lot of business with them online and over the phone. They have a good website where I was able to look at all of their inventory beforehand, and choose the vehicle I wanted. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted I offered Chris, (one of the sales guys) my credit card for a down payment so I could be the first to see it; but he said it wasn't necessary. I couldn't get there because the dealership is in a different city and I had no ride. Chris drove the car out to me on a Saturday morning, and let me test drive it back to the dealership which was very nice of him. The car was clean and ready to go. Chris was able to tell me a lot about it, and provide the carfax. I felt that he and the prices were honest, and I liked the truck so I purchased it. I have been very happy with the car. I am a little picky so I have called him about some minor concerns and with some questions that I have. He has been very good about getting back to me and answering my questions. Overall the people there are very nice and polite. It is a well-run family business. I have already recommended them.
