I have been customer of NSI for the past 4 years. Service up to Nov 30, 2016 has been good. However - the past two weeks has been annoying, irritating and utterly frustrating. Promises made are made and apparently recorded. There have been no follow up calls. When my wife or I call - there are more unfulfilled promises. Today, the service rep actually said that I had to be patient. That was the straw.
Disappointing. At this point I will not be recommending them. I will be looking for another warranty company.
Even the shop that sold me on NSI said there's nothing they can do.
If there is a lower rating than i star, please advise
