I received a call to extend my warranty for 2 years for $169 and decided to do it. After a couple of days I called and decided to cancel due to it being close to Christmas time. They told me that it could take up to 30 days for a refund. I expressed my concern and had multiple emails back and forth. Sherie was the representative and she was always courteous and tried to help, but it was out of her control. It has been 24 days and still no refund to my card. I have not seen many negative comments about their actual warranty and am glad I cancelled as well as hoping to get my money back soon.
