A month before the end of the five-year warranty on my $900+ Bosch dishwasher, the unit stopped working. Three months and three control panels later, NSI is giving me the runaround and telling me I am at 24% of the 70% repair cost threshold before they will even consider replacing the unit. To add insult to injury, they are now telling me that if this next control panel replacement doesn't work, there will be no more covered repairs and I will be on my own.

I will never use their service again and if the retailer (Bray & Scarff) does not refund the cost of the extended warranty or replace my unit, I will never buy from them again.
