called Monday, set appointment for Thursday afternoon. Was given a ticket #, said appliance repair was covered. gave me a number for Socal Tech in California. Called Socal : it did not have any authorized ticket for scheduling repair! repeated this futile exercise on Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday NSI REP Hillary scheduled repair with some other local appliance repair company. Now, Thusday afternoon NSI-warrantytec, calls me that local company cannot come as scheduled on this Monday as scheduled because they have no availability! recall that this scheduling was done yesterday !! So now I am back to Socal who I called who again does not have the repair authorization ticket. I will be calling the vendor who sold me the warranty on $ 10,000 worth of appliances.
I now believe that NSI-Warrantytech wants to give you the run around until you tire and get it done yourself and pay for it. Does appear to be a scam. I have now spend 1 plus hour each day for 4 days trying to get them to schedule repair on my $1000 LG Dryer
