Been trying for 3 months to get appliance fixed. Repair service company keeps closing the tickets as completed and customer satisfied. They have replaced every circuit board twice and still get the same results. Now when I call they re-dispatch and then have the $@!#% to ask if I want to renew my agreement, seriously? Their sub's are incapable of fixing the issue and Customer agent not willing to go to the next step in the process because the repair company claimed it was fixed.
