I have had to contact on multiple occasions due the the repair service not following through; however NSI has been very helpful with each contact. When they discovered the repair service wasn't following through with expectations, they took care of business and came up with solutions. Ariel was PHENOMINAL!!! She deserves praise and a raise!! She was VERY kind, reassuring, understanding, helpful and informative! She took a very frustrating situation by the horns and corrected it. By the end of our phone call, I practically forgot there was an issue to begin with! Ariel, you rock and represent what customer service should be! Thank you!
