This company is a joke and so is the Service repair company they sent out. both are unprofessional, we've had our claim open since January. It is now the middle of June. Customer service reps including supervisors promise to call me back several times and never once did any calk me back. I've spent at least a total of 10 hours making phone calls to them as if my time isn't important. Our washer sounds like a spaceship taking off and keeps getting worse. The spin cycle is loud, long and still not fixed after several attempts. REALLY tired of getting the run around. My landlord and I are reporting them.
