Several claims made, no follow through with the appliance store as I was told would happen. Refused to replace a LEMON frig (over 14 tech visits in under 3 years) b/c the same part didn't break down w/in a 12 month period. At least that's what I was told. REFUSES to deal with the appliance store which agreed this frig was indeed a lemon. No followup from this company to me. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of VA for consumer fraud. Warrantech takes your money, but doesn't back up their word. Expected they would work with me to replace this LEMON of a frig, and they just stopped communicating.
