Highly dissatisfied with the service provided so far. I have been calling since 3 weeks ago and no service yet. I am out of a dishwasher for a family of 5. The service provider keeps changing the date they are suppose to come. NSI insist they can't contact any other provider because it will be worse. What in the world is this company about? No one should ever pay for warranty services! They get your money upfront and then it's up to them to decide if or when they service you. Never again I will buy such a scam!!
