Thank goodness we purchased the warranty for the KA refrigerator 4/2013. (This frig was a replacement for another KA frig purchased in 2010, also a lemon.) As of yesterday, this unit has had 14 tech visits. Of course the part that needs to be ordered was just replaced 4/2015. Why do I have to continue to live with this product that is clearly defective? I have asked to have this frig replaced, and was told the requirements haven't been met. Not sure what those requirements are. Have I mentioned how much food we've lost? Internal temps are not steady, with this current issue (needs another new evaporator and drier). Yes, I submit for reimbursement, but overall, it hasn't even begun to cover what has been lost/spoiled.
