Contract was honored, but service was slow. I had to keep after them to get repairs done. They eventually replaced the unit after the last service call when their authorized service person was not authorized by the manufacturer to make the required repair. But this occurred well after a month of the original service call. The slow response time and poor communication was very disappointing. It was marginally acceptable for a non-critical dishwasher, but would be unacceptable for a more critical appliance like a refrigerator or freezer.
