I recently got my roof replaced and my home inspector for my new homeowner policy just asked me how old the roof was. I got the roof done in February and it is July. The inspector told me I have shingles coming loose on the corner and by the vent which could cause water to get in. They are sending someone out from Jasper to look at it, but I may end up hiring someone to come out that isn't from Jasper to get another opinion. I'm not happy that the roof was just done and there are shingles already lifting up.
