After a particularly heavy snowfall we were concerned about ice dams. My husband called AB Edward as we had used their services for patio/walkway replacement the year before. They were here the next day and 2 guys cleared off the whole roof, then moved that pile of snow away from the back door so our dog could get out.
We are quite pleased.
