Chets came out to our house to clean a very delicate rather expensive silk rug and to spot clean some other spots in our house. The stain did not react well to the cleaning and got bigger we thought the carpet was ruined. We called Chets cleaning and they sent someone out immediately to see what could be done. We were still having trouble with the rug and CHET himself called us and came to our house to see our rug. He took the time to explain everything to us and to the rug back to their shop and it came back looking PERFECT. The people at the office called us repeatedly to make sure we were totally satisfied.
