This is the first time we used Chet's. They are a little more expensive than some of the other carpet cleaning companies, however I think they do a much more thorough job. First Steve came out to fully explain the cleaning process, take measurements and answer questions. He did not try and oversell me any services I didn't need. The technicians were Tommie Otis and Logan Kavalar and they were on time and professional. They made sure they understood any concerns we had and completed the job in about 3.5 hours. We had a great room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, hallway and stairs cleaned as well as a couch and loveseat. Give them a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.
