The service technician, Mike, was everything you'd want when you hire someone to come into your home. He was very professional, friendly (including to my 2 dogs!), knowledgeable and thorough. Mike obviously enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. He patiently answered my questions to help make the cleaning maintenance of my slate and travertine easier. I wouldn't call anyone else.
