If you want a company that is professional from the moment you call to the time the cleaning tech leaves - this is the company. This is the second time I have used Chets. They did such a fantastic job the first time that even after 5 years we only had a light soil test so they were able to do a simpler cleaning. This company is professional - they are not cheap - but you get what you pay for. The Inspector spent time with us going over our options for this second cleaning of my carpet. I was interested in the Hardwood cleaning and he (and the tech) was very upfront with the fact that cleaning my hardwood floors would not give me the results I wanted. I also had all my area rugs sent out and cleaned at Chet's and was very pleased with them. We are just as pleased with this second cleaning. Worth every penny.
