We are an absentee landlord, managing a Jupiter property from New York. An AC unit stopped cooling in the condo with tenants there. We are on the Club Membership contract with One Hour. It is the peak of the season, but One Hour representative was on the site and addressing the issue very shortly after we placed the service call. The issue turned out to be quite substantial, requiring an installation of a major new part on the outside unit. Our tech was staying out for several hours and had AC completely repaired. He also sent us photos of the part to be replaced, and gave us a follow-up call the day after to answer our questions per the photo. The front office support is exceptional too: They scanned and emailed us all the paperwork (invoices, receipts, photos, etc.), managed our inquiries with the technician, and so forth. All of the above is very important to us as absentee landlords. Tenants in the condo got their cool air back by the end of the day and were happy. The cost of repairs was reasonable and time window for service was minimal. Highly recommend the One Hour club membership system - puts you ahead in the line of the scheduled calls, gives you free semi-annual maintenance visits, hands-on front office support, your tech is on the phone with you when on-site, explaining what needs to be replaced, cost, time frame, and a call once all is installed. Can pay over the phone, which is convenient. Overall, great experience, highly recommend One Hour.
