My first impression with One Hour Air Conditioning was fantastic. The service person, Jason, that came to look at my older air conditioning system was efficient, kind, generous and knowledgeable.

Everything went pretty well, there was just an issue, and Jason wasn't able to get onto my roof during his service. A second person had to come to finish the service. The reason why I can't give them a five overall, was because the second serviceman that came was very rude, and I had to ask him to leave.

I was told that they had disciplined him, and maybe he was just having an off day, so I don't want that to mar the review too much. Jason came back to finish the service and he was wonderful. He did a maintenance/ checkup and looked over my thermostat. Ultimately, I didn't get a new air conditioner, because it was outside of my current budget, but Jason's service was excellent. I would recommend their service.
