I've been going to Waukesha Smiles Dentistry for probably about 25 years and I have always felt that they've been receptive to any concerns we might have. They've always done a fair exam and offered options, and I have always felt they had my best interest in mind. Francesca, who is the dentist, and Marsha, who is the hygienist I deal with most frequently, have both been pleasant to deal with and work with. Honestly I haven't shopped around their competitors because I've been satisfied with how they work with us and I don't feel they are pushing me to do things I don't want to do. That isn't always the case with some dental professionals. Let's put it this way, I don't think they have an agenda that is any different from my own. I support people that I feel are honest in their practices and do quality work and if I didn't feel that way about Waukesha Smiles, I wouldn't have stayed with them for 25 years.
