The mechanics make sure they are very clear and let you know what's going on what your car. They show you underneath the car, what they see, what they expect, the things you need to do, and what you might need to do in the future. They don't put pressure on you to use their services, it's up to you. Recently, I went to change my oil and filters in my car, including my air cleaner filter. That went well. My friends use Motronix as well, and they don't have complaints either. I would recommend them, definitely. I trust Motronix with my Mercedes.
