Honest, fair price and I was able to make my own selections.
I totally trusted the contractor Israel from BC Home Builders. I felt that he was an honest person and that he gave a fair price. I liked that I was able to work with them and make all my own selections and that they were able to source everything that I selected.
I am going to have them come back hopefully this spring to finish the rest of the house.
