I give Battres Construction 10 stars! We would definitely work with them again. They remodeled all of John's stairs except the bedrooms and the bathrooms. It turned out beautiful! We were happy with the whole experience despite the hiccups. They were accommodating and helpful. We were really happy with their service and the outcome of the product. We love our house! It's like a whole new house. Scheduling was very easy, and they were easy to work with. It's not like we needed them tomorrow. We took our time, so it worked out well. They were also very polite and courteous. Everyone from the Project Manager to the other workers. It was very comfortable to work with them. And we never ran into problems with them showing up. I know some people have complained about other contractors who do this. So that's a big deal! We plan on using them for the rest of the remodel. I would recommend Battres Construction to our family and friends. As a matter of fact we already have.
