At 5pm on a monday I was helping our elderly neighbor Pearl with a main sewer line block, customer service was fantastic to talk to and was able to schedule a tech for the next day on regular time. Technician John was great to talk to and work with, he was able to clear the clog quickly, Very happy with all involved, will definitely call again when needed!
