We have used Major Drain for about three years now.
Three years ago we were at our daughters graduation out of town and we received a call from one of rental properties. We called Major Drain on a Saturday and they resolved our issue within hours.
I honestly held my breath on our bill and was pleasantly ( does this happen ) surprised on the amount. I was able to enjoy the rest of our day.
