I tried Mr. Rooter first and they would give me NO estimate over the phone and when the guy got here, he wanted nearly $450 to clear my kitchen sink drain! I nearly fainted, then sat down and called until I found one that would give me an estimate... I'm not stupid, I know that it's an estimate because they don't know what they will run into. They told me their hourly rate and that MOST times, they can be cleared within that first hour. Well, in the end, it cost me about $140. They came within an hour and got it done quite efficiently, and the tech was friendly - could you really ask for more? Good job, Major Drain!
