Shawn allowed me to watch as he threaded the scope through the drain. He explained what there was. He suggested that I have the line hydro jetted. It took longer than all of us thought it would but I don't think it had ever had anything done. I feel very confident that Shawn and John got my problem solved. I appreciate the communication between these two men and me. They explained everything in terms I understood. I recieved a video of the end results. Very professional and thorough. Thank you.
