They were prompt and immediately took care of the problem. Did a good job. Prices were competitive. Unfortunately they would only do one job for the trip. So if I had 50 minutes left on the hour fee I could not use it toward another plumbing issue. Felt that if they were there they could handle another issue instead of my paying another $130 to start again with a separate problem. So, not happy about that.
