I have used major drain twice now for a routine sewer clog. Something my cheap snake could not tackle. They come out prompt and very professional. Very honest. Prices seem fair. Only reason i left off one star is due to the fact of having to pay a price for parts the service guy breaks during service. Totally understand but given it puts me in a must need situation, it can be frustrating. Overall though, solid company. And service.
