Last year they came and fixed a drain that wouldn't drain. At that time I asked if it was something I had to do yearly or whatnot. They said no, it was a fluke thing and I would be good from now on. Same thing happened this year with the drain. He got it to drain again but said it would eventually need repair and did not offer to be the one to repair it so at this point I do not know what I even need to make it A-ok.
