I'm in from out of town to my grandpas house and on Christmas Eve I notice the main sewage line is backed up and smelling something awful. It's midnight and I panic because everyone is coming over the following afternoon. I called Major Drain's emergency line and Brent answered immediately. He assured me in my panic that all would be alright and he scheduled an appointment for me for 9am Christmas Morning. Justin promptly showed up and within an hour and a half all was well.
