The service techs were very polite and did the job and explained the job, very good guys. The only thing is the service coordinator gave me one time for both techs (plummer and drain cleaner) to come> This did not happen, I had to wait over an hour for the next service tech to come, any other day, it would not have been a problem. I had work that was due to be done and because of this, it caused me not to get my work done. Because they called me and said they could be their early and it did not work out that way. However, because they were very easy to work with and did everything possible to fix the issues and then some. They instructed me on some things we need to do to prevent them for having to come out and save our church some money. This is something I considered old school service and it outweighed the mix-up. In other words, their truthfulness and their style of work in making sure the customer was completely satisfied won me over. They are now our vendor for any service we may need in the future. Thank you for a job well done. P.S. Don't forget about the part we needed order and you were going to come back out to take care of once the part arrives.
