The technician Justin did a great job and worked with the situation that we had. The 4” main line was cleaned and fully scraped within 1-2 hours. The pricing was very fair and closely resembled what was laid out on the website. No hidden fees (such as administratiion fees), no weekend fee, just straight forward by the clock pricing.

Do not be misled by other companies who offer cheap “drain openings”. Those places literally will run a small cable through and say there you go it’s opened, but then sell you a second stage of the repair to actually clean the pipe to the appropriate size. Not to mention the other companies will charge a very sizable administration fee. Very quickly the total bill is double of what major drain would be. Highly recommend Major Drain.
