Wife dropped reading glasses down the toilet while it was flushing. Technician removed toilet, found the glasses and replaced toilet. Took him less than 30 minutes to do this. Charged me 161.50. That's over $300 an hour. Unbelievable!!! This is not the only place that I'm going to post this review. They should have reduced the hourly charge and/or voided the charge for pulling the toilet as that is the only work he did. So I paid 130 for an hour's worth of labor that did not include pulling the toilet and he was only here for 30 minutes. Their billing needs to reflect the actual work done at the job site.
