showed up on time.
Checked out the problem & went right to work.
Snaked from OutSide the house to the street.
That produced a lot of roots.
Then snaked from inside house to the outside.
Then, per my request, used Video for both travels.
Found break in pipe about where WaterHeater is.
Recommended replacement.
Cleaned up everything...
did a super job!
