Moved into a new house and set up a checkup of the system. On the day of the appointment the air conditioner started to turn on and off very often. Around 4:30 I received a call that the technician was stuck in traffic and may not make it out. Around 6:30 I got a call and the technician called and said they could be there in 30 minutes if it was ok to come. The technician showed up a little after 7 and promptly found the problem a clogged drain. He checked out our system and everything was ok. Very nice and professional, we were appreciative he came out so late on a Friday night to fix our AC.
