Mark met me at my new construction townhome last week. I was a bit hesitant about the need for an inspection of new construction, due to all the city and county inspections that happen during the building process, but Mark proved how important it is to have an outside, objective review. While he didn't find any major violations, he pointed out several minor issues that might have been overlooked otherwise. He also gave me lots of useful information and advice. It was a pleasant experience; he's friendly, professional, and very clearly knows about home construction, building codes, etc., basically everything you'd expect a home inspector to know. I recommend him highly.
